Bleu’s appearance
As her measurements indicate, Bleu is very small. The most noticeable part of her appearance is her small fan of blue tail feathers protruding from just above her butt. These are very important to her, and she takes very good care of them. She's also very protective of them, to the point that she'd fight people who try to touch them.
Bleu has short, light-blue, messy hair that is actually very tiny feathers that look like hair. She has a variety of bird-like aspects to her (besides her feathers), such as how she is very light and thin.
Bleu’s Personality
Bleu is kind of a jerk to humans. This is due to the fact that for most of her life she's gotten unwanted attention from people because of how 'cute' or 'childlike' she always looks.
With friends (although Bleu has none), Bleu would be pretty friendly. If a friend would call her cute, she would actually become embarrassed, since she's embarrassed pretty easily.
Bleu’s Past
Bleu has been an outcast all of her life. She was born into a family in a sort of tribe, but from her birth she was different. Her entire family are nobles who are part eagle, and then there's her, the bluebird.
She was cast out of her family at a young age, with very little contact with them. She lived most of her years out in an orphanage, which is where she was the center of attention most of the time (and she hated it).
